airports savannah / hilton head international airport (SAV) is about 40 minutes (30 miles) from bluffton. you can either rent a car or easily uber from here! charleston international airport (CHS) is an hour and 45 minutes from bluffton (95 miles). we recommend renting a car if you fly into charleston.
